If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please write your request in the remarks column in your cart. Please note that date/time requests can only be made for dates at least 5 business days after your order date.

【If the package is not received within the storage period】
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s storage period, a reshipping fee may apply.
