Collection: Full Bloom
Retaining the glow and beauty of the "good old times"...
In the late 80s and early 90s, when jewellery sales were at their peak in Japan, many gemstone carvings were produced in Kofu, Yamanashi Prefecture, the centre of jewellery production in Japan. Each piece was made by artisan craftsmen, who had honed their skills through generations.
However, as the bubble economy burst and demand decreased, these small, delicate and intricate works became ever rarer.
Our Full Bloom collection presents floral carvings that are primarily made in the 80s-90s and have patiently been waiting to see the light of day.
